Phew. Going back down.
237.9 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1845 kcal Fat: 57.80g | Prot: 65.81g | Carb: 262.67g.   Breakfast: Woolworths Lite Milk, Sugar, Nescafe Salted Caramel Latte, Coles Lite Milk, Uncle Tobys Plus Antioxidants. Lunch: Grapes, Plum, Hikari Instant Miso Soup Wakame, Pink Salmon (Solids with Bone and Liquid, Canned) , Red Onions, Tomatoes, Baby Carrots , Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types) . Dinner: EasiYo Strawberry Yoghurt, Healthy Choice Pumpkin & Mushroom Risotto. Snacks/Other: Ghee, Unibic Anzac Biscuits. more...

Thanks Trish. I think hormones and fluid retention/loss is playing a HUGE part in my gains and losses. But, doesn't mean I am not really trying!

Alixashe, my weight loss over the past three months has seemed like a roller coaster 🎢 ride at times, huge gains when you least expect it. Ignore the blips and just stick to the plan you have, it will all even out in time, to a nice consistent downward trend.
