Another relatively easy day. I had work all day, then came home and hung out with Heidi. We played Wii for a while, at least the 30 minutes minimum I'm supposed to maintain on the diet. Also, since I'm on a low calorie diet through the weight study, I'm not supposed to put in more than 40 minutes or so of real exercise, so I have to watch that some days, though today wasn't one of them.
