welp! So I know that my veggies and shrimp was very good. but don't think they could have cause that much of a Flux. So maybe sodium / water....Oh well they were delightful lol. I jist get annoyed because I feel when I eat well I gain and when I eat what I feel is crappy I loose. My body hates me.....I am staying on course but really perplexed.....
210.3 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 60.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Shrimp is high in sodium. As frustrated as you may be, you're on the right track with healthier foods.
