I know. I know. I keep telling myself to stay connected and keep weighing in and keep on putting up what I eat. I am mad at myself for that.Because of my lack of commitment I have to start over again :( On the bright side, I'm really feeling better I must add. Even though I sometimes dont journal what I eat I actually watch what I eat. And I'm not tempted to cheats, so it is starting to become a habit. Which is good. I was at the gym again today. Joined a ZUMBA class. There is'nt an option for that in the excersice journal so I slotted in Dance. Even though I know I burned way more than 500 Cals.
