Didn't get to bed until 5:00 this morning. Skipped CrossFit to allow my body to recover. Need to talk to my coach about my lifts, I keep loading my knees and they are starting to let me know... Think hips man!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
