Clearly you are not eating enough. Perhaps your body thinks it is starving and holding on to every gram of fat it takes in. Get your calories up to 1500 (or whatever your BMI determines for your weight and activity level). What you are doing currently is not healthy. (it is hard to know since you have not selected the indicator * this is everything I have eaten. I am assuming everything on your diet calendar is all that you consumed.)
