Front squat 3 X 7 @ 85lb, only able to go two rounds on my metcon I need to work on jump rope and walking lunges. Feeling wrecked and I love it!
169.8 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
