woohoo finally some progress (just watching, intakes for the first two, for this two I used the new excersize tracker in the Android App)
next I need to start doing some light workouts
168.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
