I'm sick this weekend and all I've been eating mainly is soup... soup... and more soup. Except this one time, my roommate made me rice with chicken nuggets and yogurt.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
