Today:
Daylight savings time
21 Units HCG at 9:30AM
Plan to exercise, study, and go to movies and call relatives and friends

Yesterday: Tilapia 4.5 oz plus tomato x. Salsa too.
Evening: Burger (96% lean) with2 slices tomato, lettuce, 2 slithers of onion and popcorn
Not much activity
216.9 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 46.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
