I have been so sick for like 2 whole weeks...but I have maintained my weight. Now I'm up early, starting over induction again today and am going to begin exercising...I've missed everybody here, I've just been tryin' to nurse this body of mine back to health...I wish all of you a wonderful week...and can't wait to weigh in next week!!!!

There's nothing better in the world than feeling like yourself again and getting your energy back. It really makes you appreciate your health so much! Glad to hear you are feeling better!
