I’ve started a weight loss workout system via my Anytime Fitness membership, and it’s great. I’ve completed one week. Hoping the weight will start falling off. My food intake is much less, zero processed sugar, zero soda, zero artificial sweeteners. I was bad before. And my husband likes to eat out all the time, order appetizers too. It’s been tough.
