I had lost a shit ton of water weight apparently. So now i gained and my progress is going to slow down a lot. But now what i'm losing is strictly fat. If I wasn't so lazy i'd make an extensive explanation of my workout and things buttt meh. My friend lost 12lbs on my workout/diet plan and I have another friend on it now but adjusted so he can gain.
