diet followed reasonably well, however, I am trying to figure out how many calories I need to eat to bulk up. I started with 3200 on workout days and 2800 on off days. I have gained almost 2 lbs in one week, so I am cutting calories by 500. I was going to try 2300 on off days and 2800 on gym days, but figure I will split the difference and eat 2500 daily. I will try this for a week or two, then measure and see where I am. Stats on BB.com. Main concern belly button measurement at 39 yesterday.
