I'm down a little over 2 ls and I slready feel better. The hardest part about starting a diet is giving up before you see results. Losing 2lbs out of 50 isn't that big of a deal, but it's a start. This has helped me stay focused and I'm looking forward to watching the lbs drop. I'm a little nervous because it's the weekend and thats usually when it's easy to give into bad eating habits. I got this.
173.9 lb Lost so far: 2.1 lb.    Still to go: 58.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yahoo, 2 pounds in less then one week is AWESOME! Weekends are hard, I did splurge a little at Chili's yesterday but you "do your best and forget the rest" LOL...you know thats from P90X! You got this =-)
