My weight has been on an upward trend lately. I've been getting lots of exercise, but apparently I've been eating more than enough to compensate. Drat. I'm still down for the month at least. I suppose I'll have to be more careful about what I eat -- we've had bags of corn chips in the house lately, and I can't stop eating those things. I wonder if this is my body's response to winter coming on? The rainy season will be here in less than a week.
186.1 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I drink my a protein drink that has 30g in it. Chocolate flavor. Make sure you are getting enough protein. Those carb cravings will go down. I just ate a sandwich today. Should have made a half not a whole one.

Hey thanks trailridenlady! I think I need to keep garbage food out of the house, eat more fruits and vegetables, keep up with the exercise as much as I can, keep hitting the protein, and get more sleep. The sleep is big--when I'm low on sleep I drink wine in the evening, and then I really binge on the carbohydrates.
