I was losing weight steadily but this week I didn't lose any and I haven't changed anything. Weird.... I am in a 1500cal balanced diet . usually eat less than that (1300-1400) and do 20 minutes of elliptic everyday. would be possible my metabolism is dropping ?? I feel hungry most of the day ... =/
166.0 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

stalls are very normal. the body was designed to be adaptive so it gets used to routines. I know when I lift I get to places where I don't make many gains. simply because we get efficient and stop growing or losing. whichever the goal is. we just have to not lose focus through those times and be more stubborn than our bodies. maybe switch something up to break the mundane. just a thought. but either way your doing great.
