Not much of a loss but better than nothing I guess. It's so hard to lose the last few lbs. I had less calories this week than the last few weeks but only drop .2 . ugh! so frustrating 😫
107.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
