Subiendo un poco de peso, y al mismo tiempo subiendo el rendimiento en el entreno:

Sentadilla barra baja
3x185 kg @ RPE 8.5, nuevo récord personal

Así vale la pena subir, a seguir dandole duro
239.2 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week
