32.7% Body Fat (Fitbit Aria 2)

Gave in on Saturday and had fried pickles, a burger and tater tots for lunch and then had a apple cobbler and ice cream for dessert after dinner. Woke up the next morning with a 5 pound gain. So I ate clean on Sunday and Monday and seem to be getting back on track.
222.2 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
