On the one hand, I'm quite happy with my weight loss. I'm almost close to what I weighed this time last year, which was 136. But on the other hand, I know I lost the weight because I haven't been eating. I need to stop starving myself. I don't even do it on purpose. Work just takes over, and the next thing you know it's 2:00 and I haven't eaten breakfast yet... :(
137.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.1 lb a week
