Ok, stress aside, at least I'm not gaining. Today is, however, the day that I begin to get my act in gear. Hey, most people drop all resolutions within the first 2 weeks to a month of the new year, I just happen to be starting mine 2 weeks late. Better late than never! So I'm going to be on this website religiously from now on, and I actually picked up some new shoes to start my training for running the Shamrock Shuffle in Chicago in April (thank you Bobo, best Christmas gift evah!) so I need to get my keister in gear...FINALLY.
Goal this month is to run at least a mile and a half without feeling like I'm going to pass out.
