Oops, I guess all that food I ate yesterday (frosted mini wheats, 6" sub, soup, milk & 2 cookies from Subway and 2 pieces of pizza & 2 pieces of cheesy bread from Sahara wasn't a good idea...no exercise on top of that equals weight gain :o(
235.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 105.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 11.2 lb a week
