I'm no longer recording exercise because I do so much that I forget to enter most of it. I'm attempting minimum of an hour per day but pushing towards two hours in small increments of 20 to 30 minutes each to keep my metabolism up. Also only eating fresh fruits and vegetables and having a carb master yogurt now and then as a meal replacement.
154.7 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
