scale fluctuated between 253 and 251. first official Power 90 week. I started last week as an ease into the program. in 5 wks...I could be 231 according to fitness pal. so let's see. I really want to get to the 5 week mark.
252.0 lb Lost so far: 192.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
