D3: Yesterday is done. I felt like I ate plenty, but came up short almost 200 calories. I'm only wanting to cut to 1,200, not even further. I need to snack just a bit more. I have a friend who invited me to the Herbalife shake party thing. I don't believe I'm going. I've already paid for gaining the weight, I don't want to pay to lose it. I would rather wait and see first how well my diet works. Good news, I'm down 3 pounds! That's crazy with a goal of 2 pounds per week. Maybe this will go faster...
157.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
