Ive been hecticly busy this weekend and it just shows how easy you can lose track. I've gained 200g! All because I didn't just TAKE the time to weigh in and slot in what I ate.
Some good news at least. I'm healthy again! So I can finally get back to the gym! I am confident that this will boost my weight loss!
