So looks like my weight is creeping back up to 250...guess what. Not gonna happen. I'm going to start making lunches again and monitoring my food intake since it's getting out of control once again. I need to stop blaming work and stress (though they don't help) and take initiative to get my ass in shape...literally and figuratively. I NEED to start lifting weights, since leaving the estate sale biz I'm not moving furniture and have gained 10 pounds since Jan. Lacking is no longer an option, and I need to get off the computer nightly!!!
