I did a hard leg workout today for an hour. I'm sure the .2 loss was water weight, but I think I like the idea of weighing in if not everyday, once a week...
143.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
