Big gain. Hormones are my enemy now, so concentrated eating now.
242.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1888 kcal Fat: 60.24g | Prot: 136.17g | Carb: 221.09g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Almonds , V Energy Blue, Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Lunch: Bananas , Instant Coffee with Whitener and Sugar (Powdered Mix). Dinner: Pink Salmon (Drained Solids, Canned), Beetroot (Drained Solids, Canned) , Light Mayonnaise , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Berg Sliced Leg Ham, Boiled Egg. Snacks/Other: Wokka Golden Hokkien Noodles, Stir Fried Vegetables, Tea with Milk and Sugar, Obela Avocado Spread, Sushi Sushi Teriyaki Chicken Nori Roll. more...
