🤔onverwacht. Hele week veel vocht vastgehouden blijkbaar. Mijn gewicht sprong alle kanten op (tijd van de maand), om dan op mijn zondag weegdag ineens dit resultaat te geven. Happy.
245.2 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 81.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
