Last week's weigh-in on Thursday landed on 115 lbs., so I am definitely fluctuating less this week.

Note: There will always be an increase on the scale on Thursdays. I couch the highest calorie day out of my weekly allotment on Wednesday, unless I switch that day out for a surplus day or dining out.
113.4 lb Lost so far: 96.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.2 lb a week

True that, Chris. At this time of year, I'm always inclined to preface these weigh-in's by stating tracking my daily "fluctuations" does not mean I'm tracking fat loss or gain, but rather the amount of water and waste this body is carrying at any given time. But, then I think "would I have believed that back in 2017 when I was first starting out?" And, the truth is I probably wouldn't, LOL!
