3rd day Low carb. This time I am not telling a soul about my diet. So people who doesn’t understand can’t push me down.
I will win this fight. I will become a better version of myself. 1 hour walking every day is killing me, and I used to run one hour, I will do it again but first I have to let go of some pounds ... hope is what keep me going. I will be better. I believe in myself again.
