Yep, I'm not eating enough. I'm losing 1lb a day these past few days. It isn't that I'm trying to starve myself, but I think my stomach shrank? I get full. Maybe it's because I'm eating smaller portions all through the day. I dunno. Weight Watchers system says that I get 35pts a day but that seems like WAY too much for me, so I've been aiming for under 30pts/daily. Some days I'm finishing off around 25-27pts.

I know this rapid loss will slow down once I lose more weight. I'm not going to change anything just yet.
226.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
