Colonoscopy on 1/4- ulcers on the colon. Stopped drinking soda, stopped using artificial sweetener.

1/11 doctor visit...weight 211, total chol 219, BP 143/82

1/11 started a 50+ One-A-Day multi vitamin

Since 1/4 trying to eat more fiber in terms of fresh veggies and 15 grain bread. Watching portion sizes and sweets
