I haven’t been very strict with the diet as late. It’s quite difficult while school holidays are still on. As long as the previous 8kg don’t make a comeback - all good.
200.4 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 79.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

100 grams is nothing - equivalent to 100 ml of water. Just go for a walk and it will disappear.
