We had a Friday night happy hour thing with my wife's co-workers last night. I drank 4 beers, munched on a few small appetizers, and went out to Jack-In-The-Box late to enjoy half a sourdough Jack. While we had a flippin BLAST out at the bar, it felt like a terrible day (diet-wise), but in the end it wasn't so bad.
I like the Weight-Watchers concept of 'flex points'... lol
