Great, my first weigh in where I don't show a 20lb per week trend!! lol... I didn't do so bad these past few days, but didn't do so great either.

EDIT ** I just weighed in, it's 3pm and the scale says 229.6 - that's almost 2lbs less than 9am this morning!? What's that all about? The scale I bought seems pretty high-tech and very accurate. I tried 3 times and got the same result every time. Maybe 1500 calories a day just isn't enough for me, because I've lost over 10lbs and it's only been a week.

My concern here is that I want to eat right, but I want to lose the weight and have it stay off. I don't feel like I'm starving myself. I would have thought a diet of under 1000 calories would have better fit that description.

Well, good news is no matter what I've still gained ground on my goal, and I've got less than 30lbs to go. I think I need to find a way to slow this train down before it becomes a train-wreck.
