Well, I think I am up about 10 lbs from my low which my wife is happy about. At 6' 2" and 160 she said she was on the verge of demanding an intervention of sorts!

Whatev.. Latest new thing is that I have joined a gym (ANYTIME FITNESS) that is close to where I live and I love it. I burn about 300 calories in the morning before work doing cardio and then do a little weights. Weekends I often do more. Last Sunday I pedaled over 30 miles while watching the Dallas Cowboys lose their football game :) and listening to the Redskins win theirs! Burned over 900 calories during that 30 miler

So I think that the extra working out and weights have caused some weight gain... definitely eating more to "feed the machine" I am pretty ok with the weight gain as it is muscle for the most part.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
