With recent back pain I have not exercised for at least a month and a half. I also fell back into bad eating habits. I've started physical therapy for my back and will begin eating well once again.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
