Not doing well the past few months, but not doing horribly either. Have had some setbacks that I've succumbed to. You know- ice cream, M&M's, some gummy worms, sugar free brownies. But haven't allowed it to get out of hand. Been using Peanuts to replace the sugar cravings with moderate luck, but once in a while I lose my resilience and give in... briefly. Thank goodness it didn't hurt me too bad, but I suppose if I diet ALL the time, then ANY sugary things will make me balloon up again. Does that make sense??
