I don't like the number the scale gave me, but honestly even at that number, I'm more toned and have more muscle than ever before. I'm going down in sizes, my clothes fit looser and looser all the time, so I know I'm doing the right thing. So I just have to continue doing what I'm doing and not focus on the number.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
