haven't been counting my calories
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

i need to start walking again. I need to stop eating greasy foods. I need to keep my calories below 1300.
