one pound more, no!!! but i suppose that's just water weight. i've been defiantly improving my eating habits. however i know i haven't been very good about writing stuff down.

what i lack in exercise, i improve in healthy eating.

181.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
