gained weight over holidays. my goal is 112 by end of Mar. going to stroll about for 45 min during lunch 3x per el, also go to gym or yoga 3x per week. and eat smaller portions
128.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
