Basically been maintaining the same weight since September now, even though I'm sticking to the diet 🤔

Have you tried reducing your calories or if they're too low upping them? Also, are you drinking enough water? X

Calories may be too low at times I think, though we seriously zig zag, weekends we pretty much have whatever we want (within reason) then live like monks in the week. First 2 stone came off easy, but now.. 🤔

Oh dear, maybe the diet doesn't like you? If it helps, I'm in the same boat. Perhaps another real lockdown will help.

it may just be the weight your body is meant to be also... 2 stones lost is a brilliant loss, you should be so proud of what you achieved. maybe change your RDI ?
