Hello all, had some bad news back end of last week my other half got made redundant!!! So not good, we have decided that we are going to make a fresh start in the North West of England!!! Was a bit bad on Friday, drank too much wine then pigged out on Saturday but think the stress has helped me to keep my weight in check, i suppose if i think about it seriously, i was still active and still drinking the water and to be fair my stomach has shrank that much that i didnt eat alot it just felt like it!! Oh well i have lost 1kg so i am seriously chuffed!! Onwards and upwards in life, stay focussed stay positive and most important of all stay happy, thats me!!!!!

176.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
