Let The TRANSFORMATION begin!!!

I have come to a halt for a few months now in my Muay Thai fight training... I basically have had to take time off and slowly ease my way back into working out again and eating correctly. I am not going to let two herniated discs stop me from losing quality of life. This time I am determined but my new goal weight is 155. 35 pounds to lose!! Here we go, keep me honest! Plus I know I have another Win in me!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
