I had a major cheat day yesterday. My family and I went to Five Guys. I had a bacon cheeseburger, a grilled cheese sandwich, and fries. My body went in to carb overload. I was so sleepy after eating all that crap. I really have to try hard not to slip back into my old habits. I really want to lose 80 more pounds. I WILL MEET MY GOAL, GOD WILLING!!!
