I completly gave up and i feel horrible.....i have almost gained all the lbs i lost back.....new year and new dedication.....i will reach my goal at least by summertime....pray for me lol
188.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
